Shipping policy

We carefully pack all Michelle’s Naturals orders to ensure your products arrive safely and in good condition.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, markets, promotions, or public holidays, processing may take a little longer.

We currently ship within New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are generally:

• North Island: approximately 1–3 business days
• South Island: approximately 2–5 business days
• Rural deliveries: may take an additional 1–3 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Michelle’s Naturals cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the parcel and damaged item so we can assist.
